This two bean blend was developed as our primary milk based espresso. Over the years it has evolved into a coffee that is superb as an espresso or drip, with or without milk. As of this writing, it is a blend of an Indonesian and African coffees. Due to the lack of consistency that exist in any agricultural product and my daily quest to make it better, there will be minor variations in the flavor and crema over time. The goal of this blend will never change. It should taste great in milk or standing alone, drip or espresso.
